Absolute Home Care Plus was not created from a business plan — it was born from personal experience.
When our grandmother — Donna’s mother — began needing in-home support, our family entered the world so many of our clients’ families now walk through. We searched for care that would treat her with dignity, patience, and compassion. What we found fell short of what we would want for someone we loved so deeply.
We weren’t looking for someone to simply complete tasks. We wanted someone who would sit with her, speak gently to her, understand her routines, and protect her sense of independence. We wanted professionalism — but we also wanted heart.
So we decided to build what we could not find.
In 2014, Absolute Home Care Plus was founded with a clear purpose: to create an agency that families could trust with their own loved ones. As our grandmother’s journey progressed into dementia, our mission evolved even deeper. We saw firsthand the confusion, fear, and emotional strain that memory loss brings — not only for the individual but for the entire family.
That experience shaped who we are today.
